Introduction and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form the legal agreement between the okgk platform and its users. By using the okgk website (okgk.cam) or creating an account, you are considered to have accepted all provisions of these Terms.

These Terms apply to players in Bangladesh. Please read the complete Terms before you start using the okgk platform. If you do not agree with any term, please refrain from using the platform.

Account Registration

To open an account at okgk, the following conditions must be met:

• All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and complete.
• Each person may operate only one account. If multiple accounts are found for the same person, all accounts will be closed and deposited funds may be forfeited.
• Account login details (username and password) must be kept strictly confidential. No third party may be allowed to use the account.
• If you notice any unauthorized access to your account or any suspicious activity, you must notify okgk support immediately.
• okgk reserves the right to reject any account application without providing a reason.

Updating Account Information

If your personal details change (such as contact address or payment method), you must update them in your account profile without delay. okgk will not be responsible for any issues arising from outdated information.

Age Verification and Identity Confirmation

The okgk platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

okgk may request documents for age and identity verification at any time. Verification typically requires one of the following documents:

• National Identity Card (NID)
• Passport
• Driving License

Failure to submit documents or providing false information will result in the account being suspended or permanently closed, and any pending winnings may be withheld.

Deposits and Withdrawals

Deposit

okgk currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount is ৳300.

• The correct payment reference number must be used at the time of deposit.
• If the deposited amount is not reflected in your account, please contact support and attach proof of the transaction.
• Deposits from a third party's mobile number or account are not permitted.

Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours after verification is complete.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until the wagering requirements for a bonus have been met.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if identity verification has not been completed.
• okgk reserves the right to hold withdrawals in cases of unusual or suspicious activity.

Bonuses and Promotions

okgk offers various types of bonuses and promotions. Each bonus has specific conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

New members will receive up to 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. A 20x wagering requirement applies to this bonus.

• A bonus may only be claimed once and applies to one account.
• If a withdrawal is made before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus will be cancelled.
• okgk reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.
• If bonus abuse is proven (such as creating multiple accounts), all bonuses and winnings will be cancelled.

VIP Program

okgk's VIP program has four levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Players can advance to higher levels through regular play. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each level — up to 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, and 1.2% at Platinum.

Betting and Gaming

The okgk platform offers various types of games including slot games, live casino, cricket betting, mini baccarat, and arcade games.

• Each game has its own rules and payment structure.
• If an incorrect result is produced due to a technical error, okgk reserves the right to void that bet.
• In the event of a disconnection, the outcome of the ongoing round will be determined according to the game server's records.
• Funds lost due to network issues will not be refunded.
• okgk reserves the right to remove any game or market at any time.

Betting Limits

• Colluding with other players to influence game outcomes.
• Selling or transferring an account to another person.
• Unauthorized access to or hacking attempts on the okgk system.
• Operating an account on behalf of a minor.
• Providing false or misleading information.

If an account is closed due to a breach of the Terms, bonuses and related winnings may be forfeited.

• Losses resulting from unauthorized third-party access to an account (where caused by the user's own negligence).
• Issues caused by errors in game providers' systems.
